Before my crossfit workout I ran 1.52 miles
3 member teams-3 rounds for time and reps
One member will complete a 400m run while the 2 remaining members complete the following for reps:
Box jumps 24”/20”
Ring dips
Members will rotate from each skill after 400m are completed
We completed this in 16m52s and I did 56 box jumps and 72 modified ring dips.
